Item Origin

The majority of our inventory is shipped from our warehouses in the United States, with a select few items sourced from distributors in other countries, including China. Please note that due to this, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

We offer international shipping to destinations worldwide. Product prices do not include shipping fees—our online system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for your order during checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Since we ship globally, delivery times vary based on your country of residence (as merchandise may originate from different warehouses). We prioritize fast processing: orders are handled Monday through Friday (we do not ship on weekends). Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of placement and shipped the following business day after processing is complete.Based on our experience fulfilling over 10,000 orders, average delivery times range from 10 to 40 days. This is heavily dependent on your country’s customs and import procedures. Below are the typical timeframes for major regions:

  • United States: 5–8 days
  • Canada, Europe, Middle East: 7–14 days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 7–21 days
  • Mexico, Central America, South America: 7–21 days

Customs & Regulations

You are responsible for reviewing your local postal regulations regarding restricted items. We cannot be held liable for items rejected by your country’s customs or postal authorities.

Order Tracking

We will send a tracking number for your order to the email address you provided within 3-5 business days of purchase. This email will include instructions on how to track your package. Delivery Issues: Courier Attempted Delivery but I Was Unavailable

If you missed a delivery, please contact the courier directly. Typically, couriers will re-deliver the package the next business day, or they may leave a notice instructing you to collect the package from their local office.

Multiple Items & Split Shipments

We strive to minimize costs for you, helping you avoid high taxes or premiums on your orders! If you purchased multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to optimize shipping efficiency. Please allow additional time for all packages to arrive.

Return to Sender Status

If your package is returned to us (marked “Return to Sender”), please contact us immediately so we can arrange to resend your order or provide a replacement.As the recipient, it is your sole responsibility to track your order and fulfill any requirements from customs or the courier (e.g., providing documentation, paying fees). If delivery is unsuccessful or marked “Return to Sender” due to your failure to follow up with the courier or submit required documents, we cannot offer free refunds or replacements—you may need to place a new order.

Delivered Status but Order Not Received

We provide a tracking number for every order, and it is your responsibility to monitor its progress. If the tracking system shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend contacting your local post office first (especially if the package was handled by your national postal service). Additional Delivery Notes

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which could delay the estimated delivery time.Orders may be delivered by either your local post office or a private courier.
